AUTHENTICITY & SOURCING

Are your products authentic? Yes, absolutely. We guarantee that every item sold on Lugxery.com (Lugxery LLC) is 100% authentic and genuine. We sell the exact same fragrances you would find in a luxury department store. We do not sell fakes, copies, imitations, or "impression" scents. All full-size bottles arrive in their original manufacturer’s packaging (unless listed specifically as a "Tester").

How do you source your products? We are an independent retailer. We source our inventory from a network of established, reputable distributors and wholesalers within the fragrance industry. We vet our suppliers rigorously to ensure the integrity of the supply chain.

Are you an authorized dealer for these brands? As stated in our disclaimer, Lugxery.com (Lugxery LLC) is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for the specific brands we sell. This independence is what allows us to set our own prices rather than adhering to the brands' strict "Suggested Retail Price" (MSRP).

Why are your prices lower than department stores? We are able to offer competitive pricing because:

  1. Global Sourcing: We purchase inventory from distributors globally where prices may be lower.
  2. Low Overhead: As an online-only business, we do not have the high rent or staffing costs of physical stores.
  3. Independence: We are not bound by the pricing contracts that authorized retailers must follow.

SAMPLES & DECANTS

What is a "Sample" or "Decant"? A decant is a smaller size of the original fragrance that we hand-pour into a sterile glass spray vial (available in sizes like 2ml, 5ml, or 10ml). This allows you to test the scent before committing to a full-size bottle. Please note: When you purchase a sample, you will receive the smaller glass vial labeled by us, not the full-size manufacturer's bottle.

Are your samples authentic? Yes. All samples and decants are decanted by our team directly from the original, authentic manufacturer's bottle. We do not alter, dilute, or mix the fragrance in any way. You are receiving the authentic juice, just in a smaller, travel-friendly container.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long does shipping take? We process most orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell? To ensure the highest quality and hygiene for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tested bottles. We accept returns only on items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. We highly recommend purchasing a small sample size first to see if you love the scent!

What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at sales@lugxery.com so we can make it right.
