Shipping Policy
Shipping Area We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $100: Flat rate fee of $7.95.
Carriers & Delivery We use the following carriers to deliver your orders safely:
- USPS (Ground Advantage)
- UPS (Ground)
- FedEx (Ground Economy)
Our carriers typically deliver packages Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays depending on the specific carrier and local post office policies.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be processed the same day or next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Transit Time Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that transit times may vary during holiday seasons or severe weather.
Order Tracking When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local carrier annex.
- Liability: Per our Terms of Service (Section 26), Lugxery is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier.
- Shipping Protection: If you purchased Optional Shipping Protection at checkout, please [Click Here to File a Claim] via our protection portal.
- Unprotected Orders: If you opted out of shipping protection, you assumed the risk of loss once the package was tendered to the carrier. We can provide you with the necessary carrier contact information to file your own personal inquiry, but Lugxery cannot provide refunds or replacements for stolen items that were not insured.
