Hello. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the service at this store. I purchased a perfume there, only to discover later that I really didn't like it. Naturally, I could only realize this after opening the packaging; however, when I asked the store to return the item and refund my money, they refused, citing the fact that the packaging had been opened. Consequently, I was left unhappy with both the perfume and the store itself.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that fragrance preferences are highly personal, and it can be disappointing when a scent doesn't match your taste.
However, because perfumes are personal care items, we must adhere to strict health and hygiene safety standards. Our policy explicitly states that we only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once a luxury fragrance has been opened and sprayed, its product integrity is altered, and it cannot be safely resold to another customer.
To ensure every customer receives a pristine, pristine-condition product, we stand firmly by these standard industry guidelines. We always recommend trying one of our smaller sample sizes first to test a scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.
