Byredo Gypsy Water Absolu Unisex

Released in 2026, Gypsy Water Absolu is Jérôme Epinette's reworking of his 2008 original — one of Byredo's founding fragrances — opening with pine needles, black pepper, and bergamot before incense, orris, and carrot seeds settle into vanilla absolute, white suede, and ambroxan. A more intense, longer-lasting version of a Byredo classic.
