YSL Tuxedo Sharp Patchouli is one of the most refined fragrances I’ve smelled in a long time. It takes the elegance of the original Tuxedo DNA and makes it smoother, airier, and more wearable without losing the sophistication that makes it special.
The patchouli here is incredibly well done — not dirty or heavy, but silky, textured, and luxurious. There’s a warmth and depth to it, yet it still feels clean and polished. It projects confidence without screaming for attention.
What surprised me most is how much more I appreciated it once it settled into the air around me. Up close it’s refined, but in the air it becomes absolutely addictive. Sophisticated, modern, mysterious, and extremely well blended.
Also, for anyone wondering: yes, Rochas Moustache EDP absolutely shares similarities with this DNA, more than I expected, but Tuxedo Sharp Patchouli feels smoother, airier, more elegant, and more nuanced overall. This is the kind of fragrance that makes you want to dress better just to match it.
